The Ningxiang Dongcheng Wastewater Treatment Plant project was undertaken in Public-Private Partnership model, covering an area of 62.9 mu (approximately 41,933 square meters). It has a wastewater treatment capacity of 50,000 tons per day, and the treated water meets the Class A standard stipulated in the national ¡°Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants¡±(GB18918-2002).
